If you're trying to take a selfie to confirm your identity and encounter an error, don't worry. Generally, small adjustments to your Android phone's settings resolve the problem quickly.
Set Google Chrome as your default browser 🌐
For Unico technology to work correctly, we always recommend using Google Chrome on Android.
• Access Settings on your phone. navigation and choose Chrome.
Allow access to Camera and Location 📸
Without these permissions, the browser cannot capture your photo or validate the security of your transaction.
• Open Chrome and tap the three dots (top right corner).
• Tap Settings Settings sites.
• Select Camera and change it to Allowed.
• Do the same in the Location menu and leave it on Open all requests.
Enable Cookies and Pop-ups 🍪
These functions allow the validation website to communicate correctly with the security system.
• Still in Site Settings, look for Third-Party Cookies and check Allow.
• Search for Pop-ups and redirects and make sure it is Allowed.
