If you wish to obtain a copy of all your personal data stored at Unico, we provide an easy and secure tool for you to exercise your right to access the information. The process is carried out on our Data and Privacy page.
Follow the step by step below:
- 1 Access our official Data and Privacy page: https://secure.unico.io/dados-e-privacidade.
- 2 On the home page, find and click the “Download copy of mine” button data”.

3Explain the reason for your request and then you will need to perform the following steps:
✔Facial biometrics confirmation (to ensure security and we know that you are the real owner)
✔ 4 After validation, your request will be sent. The deadline for sending a copy of the data is up to 15 working days. - 5 The response, containing the file with your data, will be sent to the email you provided at the time of the request.

This process was developed to ensure your security and the protection of your data, following the guidelines of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
To fulfill your request, we consult the databases of our services and platforms and identify your personal data. They can be downloaded by clicking the "Download file" button. You will have access to compressed files (.zip) containing the following subfolders divided by products, with your data:
• Unico check: contains .csv files referring to your registration data used for authentication, a list of usage of your face photo used for authentication and the last face photos used to validate your identity;
• Unico Identity: contains an accounts.csv file with your registration data used to access the Unico product that you may have access to.
