I'm having trouble capturing the document. What to do?

Our solution for document reuse and capture guarantees security and accuracy in verifying identity and CPF ownership. To do this, you need to capture a photo of the document using thesecure linkthat we send to you or within the process journey. 

Check out some tips below for a mouth catch:

1. Be in a well-lit place.
2. Ensure that the photo comes out sharp (without camera shake or reflections in the image taken).
3. Check if the document you are trying to send is one of the valid documents.
4. Check that the document data is legible, such as name, date of birth, document numbers, etc.

Camera does not open
In this case, you may have been denied access to the camera and, for this reason, it is necessary to allow access, check the step-by-step instructions below in the main browsers. 

Google Chrome Browser:

1. On your Android device, open Chrome Chrome.
2. To the right of the address bar, tap More Organize e Settings
3. Tap Site Settings e Microphoneor Camera.
4. Tap to turn the microphone or camera on or off.

If you find the site you want to visit under Blocked, tap it e Allow.

Safari Browser

1. On iPhone devices, open Safari .
2. Access the link sent to confirm your identity, tap the AA icon, then select "Site settings".
2. Make sure camera and microphone access is set to "Ask" or "Allow", if not, tap "allow."
