Our objective is clear: when you use your credit card in the digital environment, we need to confirm that you are actually the owner of the card or that the holder is aware of the purchase.
Understand the selfie rule
💡 Important
If you used your own credit card: The Selfie (face photo) and CPF must be yours. the selfie (photo of your face) and CPF must be yours. Just allow camera and location access to follow the transaction.
If you used someone else's credit card (third party card): If you used someone else's credit card, the selfie and CPF must belong to the cardholder. It is the holder who must take the photo to authorize payment.
Step by Step: Sending the link to the cardholder
If you used someone else's card, you will not be able to take the photo. The validation link must be sent to the cardholder.
Check out how to have the person responsible take the photo and release payment:
1. Click 'Send link to owner'.
2. Choose how you want to share, select the cardholder from your contacts and send the link.
3. After sending, return to the Unico IDPay screen and click "Yes, I shared".
