I finished capturing facial biometrics, was my e-commerce purchase approved?

It is not possible to say that your purchase was approved after completing the facial biometrics capture. Unico IDPay is responsible for analyzing the ownership of the person who owns the credit card and for communicating securely with the store and the company issuing the credit card.

Whether or not the approval of the purchase will continue is the responsibility and autonomy of the company where the transaction was carried out. Therefore, after capturing the photo, the next step is to wait for the store where you made your purchase to return.

If you have questions about the status of your purchase, approval, delivery, etc., please contact the store directly. We do not have access to information about the progress of the purchase after security validation
