If the link to take a selfie isn't working, follow these two steps to solve the problem:
1. Check if your browser is compatible
Image capture works best in the following browsers:
Google Chrome: Recommended for Windows, Android, iOS and macOS.
Safari: Option for iOS and macOS users.
Firefox: Recommended for Windows, iOS and macOS.
⚠︎Important
The Opera and Microsoft Edge browsers do not currently support this functionality.
2. Allow access to the camera in your browser
If the browser is compatible, the next step is to check if it has permission to use your camera.
For Google Chrome (and similar browsers):
1. Tap the lock icon 
next to the URL.
2.Access "Site Settings".
3. Find the permissions option and enable Camera access.
For Safari (iOS and macOS):
1. Open the link received in your email or SMS.
2. In the address bar, look for the "AA" icon and tap it.
3. Select the "Site Settings" option.
4. Locate the "Camera" category and click "Allow".
Ready! With permission activated, your camera will be able to complete sending photos. 😉
